	Hi there, I am multi-tasking today with a kiddo at home . . . I'd say a highlight in 2021 was finding our role within IDEA consulting which included developing a framework in which to help organizations assess their operational practices from an IDEA lens. It really helps name some of the structures/processes in which organizations operate that may not be as inclusive as they could be (HR, communications, board governance, etc.). It's helpful for orgs that know they want to increase their competency, but don't necessarily know what that means or where to start.

	In terms of a challenge for 2022, we are seeing more and more funders focus on BIPOC led organizations, with good reasons of course, but it means that we are having to prove our competency in terms of working with those organizations. Similarly, we need more representation amongst our corps of volunteers and staff in order to develop that trust with clients, etc.
